It's very necessary to eat healthy food because today we don't get time to work out and reduce the extra calories,so better and safe option is to eat healthy. These foods if included in your diet will give you lot of nutritional bang for you caloric buck as well as helps to reduce the risk for many deadly diseases like cancer,heart attack,lung failure,kidney malfunctioning and many more.

1)Broccoli : It's loaded with antioxidants and contains lot of vitamin C, folic acid. It’s always recommended for cancer patients. It’s rich in fiber and has low calories. It’s innumerable benefits makes it among the healthiest food available.

2)Yogurt : It's quite rich in calcium and vitamin B. It contains healthy bacteria which improves your immune system. Somehow it also helps to cure gastrointestinal problems.

3)Figs : A very good source of potassium and fiber and vitamin B6 helps in lowering cholesterol.
