Healthy tips

It is common knowledge that a healthy diet combined with exercise are important for a better quality of life attitudes. Besides these, research indicates that you can adopt other simpler ways to further promote your health. See:

• Program the weekend. According to the research, design something good causes changes in the brain, besides the person having the speed of the heartbeat and decreased blood pressure;
• Use a larger amount of sunscreen. Most women use a small amount of sunscreen to the face, equivalent to the size of a pea. But for that to be effective, double the amount;
• Escape the routine a bit. Among many tasks, try to break the routine, take a walk, visit a friend, play with the kids, sit in a place to observe nature. Studies indicate that it reduces stress and may prevent heart problems;
• Take the time to friendships. Lonely people are more likely to develop health problems related to stress, such as hypertension and heart disease;
• Do not drink in excess. According to a U.S. survey, more than one drink daily for women means risk, and may increase the chance of developing breast cancer;
• Heed for their food. Eat slowly, always varies foods and avoid salt since it does increase the pressure;
• Get enough sleep. Sleep is a basic need, like food and drinking water. People who sleep under that which is necessary for long gain weight more easily, and may develop diabetes and depression.
