Anxiety is a serious disorder that can take over your life if you let it. Many victims can not leave the house or stay at home alone. It can be very debilitating. The most important home remedy for bad nerves and anxiety is to fight and never give in to it. Try everything until you find what works for you. Even small victories on anxiety added. Don't skip the breakfast, it will increase your anxious levels more. Take a healthy diet like some nuts, fruits, fish, egg etc.
