How to be beautiful in body, mind, and spirit. The way to think, feel, eat and walk through your days.

Is beauty really only skin deep? Is beauty so important? Is it only seen by the beholder?

Beauty is many things to many people. To some it is a tall, skinny model. To others it is their mother and reflects both grace and love. And, to still others it is good skin and good health.

And how do we achieve this you may ask? You begin by realizing that your beauty may not be what everyone sees and agrees with. Let this slough off of you. Work to create your own unique beauty by being all that you can be.

Begin by getting healthy. Eat good food and make it a rule not to over eat that stuff that is fried, has saturated fat in it and items that are overly processed. If it is a real hardship for you then try to cut down. All things in moderation is a very good rule to live by.

Take it a day at a time. You will find that when you eat good, natural food you feel better and your skin, eyes and mood begins to change. That sparkle comes back. Your skin is less blotchy and looks healthy. Your mood is much better and you begin to have more energy.

Take care of your skin. Exfoliate your face everyday. When you shower use a loofa all over your body. Eliminating old skin and make-up that has built up will help to give your skin a more youthful look. That dewy complexion begins to show through. Blot your skin dry and then put a good lotion on while it is still damp to capture the moisture. Also, when massage cream into your face be sure to use upward strokes. Be careful of the delicate skin around the eyes. Rub outward on the top of the lid and inward on the bottom.

Drinking plenty of water is important for good skin. It helps to flush out toxins and helps keep the skin supple and healthy. Water is needed by every organ in your body and that includes the skin. Remember that your body is made up of about 70% water.

Happiness will help you to be beautiful too. A smile is much lovelier than a scowl and if you think about it that begins by feeling good. Your mood has to do with how you feel and how you feel has to do with what you eat. It all works together. Find something to be thankful for each and every day. Get up and do things that make you happy.

So, how do you become beautiful? By feeling, looking and believing the part. Self confidence, good skin, a healthy diet and taking care of your skin all will make your beauty show through.
