Well written with useful and practical tips, thanks Prashathi.

I eat in moderation. Being a vegetarian does help but then it still adds to the calories. Eating in moderation helps and also lessens the guilt factor that we are losing out on the joys of eating. I exercise but in moderation and I have friends who punish their bodies and get into more issues while solving lesser ones!
