Mangoes are in huge quantities in this world.They have a number of benefits.Some of which are as follows:
Mango keeps you healthy
Mango is one of the best fruits in favour of vitamins and minerals.No doubt, it is called the"king of fruits".There are over 650 different kinds of mangoes across the world with different textures and tastes.Some of which are Alphonso,peter,jahangir,neelam,badami,langra,fazli,colombo,prior,chandrakaran etc..
Mango is the treasure of vitamins.It has a very good taste and smell.One quantity of mango from the family of badami,langra,raspuri,prior contains Vitamin A of two eggs and Vitamin B1 of two apples.Moreover,it has protein as well.It is a complete package of nutrition.Rhodopsin is a chemical produced in human being's eye.It is useful to read under dim lights.Lack of Vitamin A will not produce this chemical.Hence,Mango is also good for eyes.
Mango juice is way good for health
Mango juice is also great for health.It is used for certain diseases as well.One glass of mango juice with the same amount of carrot juice with one ounce of honey cures kidney stones and urine stones.The other benefits of Mango is :
1.It is good for circulation of blood.
2.It is good in summer(Hot and Humid)season as it will save sodium chloride and iron from your body and will extinguish your thirst.
3.It is good for health as it is rich in vitamins ,proteins and minerals.
4.Mango leaves are used to brush teeth to make it stronger and germ free.
