Doing exercises can be one of the most effective ways to do to keep your heart healthy. This is cheap and useful. However, how do you know that the exercises you are doing are appropriate? Surely you need to do the right exercises that focus on the health of your heart. You should give your heart some exercises like you do to your body to keep it healthy, but you just need different exercises.

Some Types of Heart Exercises

When you are making a plan of exercises for your heart, you must include two most important types of exercises, they are heart strengthened muscle exercises and cardiovascular exercises. Cardiovascular exercises are very important for the heart since they are focusing on strengthening the heart. You can breathe a lot when you are doing cardio activities like jogging and bicycling. You can also build your muscle while exercising your heart by using hand weights, but do this just twice to three times a week. Do not forget to do some stretching after having exercises. These heart disease prevention exercises will be helpful for your health.

Tips for Doing Warming Up and Cooling Down

Warming up is very important to do before doing any exercise. Make sure that you have some minutes to do a war-up activity slowly because this will adjust your body from resting to working with exercises. Cooling down is also necessary after finishing your exercises. You need to do this slowly as well.Never sit down or even lay down once you finish your exercises.You can get dizzy or even something fluttered in your heart. Make sure to do these important starting and ending.

Get The Right Amount of Exercises

Even getting the right amount of exercises is important to do to make sure your heart is healthy. It is highly recommended to do exercises four to five times in a week. However, you need to consider your body and habit as well. If you are not experienced in doing a frequent exercises, then you can start it by having once or twice a week. You can add more exercises as your body gets used to them. The longer, the tougher. Do not force yourself to do many exercises in a week for the first time. The intention can be increased as you get more exercises. Make sure to eat an hour or more before doing your exercises.

Be Careful of Heart Failure

It might be possible for you to have a heart failure during your work and you need to prepare yourself for this. If you feel something bad in your heart, then just cut the intention of your exercises. Get some rest between the activities. Do not get some exercises that can make your muscles strain like sit-ups. Pay attention to the humidity outside as well. If this is too cold or hot outside, consider to do the exercises inside. High temperature can affect the heart and breathing. When you are having exercises it is important to drink a lot of water for preventing dehydration. Exercises for heart disease prevention should be done in the right ways.

Bisa pak. Saya pernah kerja di Surabaya mulai 1985 sampai 1990. Oleh karna itu, saya udah lancar. Kedang kedang ada orang dari Indonesia di site ini. Saya rasa masih ada kira kira 6, tapi jarang post article! siva

ok,saya akan selalu komen di sini biar tambah rame.saya ingin tanya beberapa hal,
1.nutpoint itu gunanya untuk apa?apa ada pengaruhnya untuk bonus yg kita dapat?

2.kita dapat uang kalau pengunjung klik iklan/beli produk atau hanya kunjungi web kita saja?

3.yang approve artikel itu perusahaan atau sesama member?kalau sesama member apa random yang akan approve?

Pak Supriyanto I will answer in English to be fair to others:

1. Nut points show how you have progressed and you get paid based on that too. One gets 2 points for comments, 10 for articles published and one for logging in per day. You can invite friends too and you get a share of their earnings.

2. You cannot click on ad sites of your own page but when you click on others they do benefit
