How to get fit with a Stability Ball. When the stability ball came on the fitness scene the day of boring crunches were over.

Here is a good workout that you can do on the ball. Do some walk up crunches by removing the momentum your upper body creates during a typical crunch. This move makes your core work harder.

When you workout on a stability ball you workout much harder. If you want to make it even harder hold your arms straight above your head throughout the exercise.

When you start lie back with your shoulders on a stability ball with your hands crossed in front of your chest. Make sure your feet are flat on the flour.

Contract your abs and move your feet inwards as you sit up. Do about 20 reps. in all. This is another good exercise that is good for your lower body.

Lie on your left side on the ball extend your legs straight out and your feet stacked. Position your left hand in a comfortable spot on the ball then lift your hips so that your body is in a straight line. Slowly raise your leg.

Pause then slowly return to start. Try to do as many as you can in one minute. Then repeat on the other side.

Working with a stability ball you are working your core harder.
