Do The Following To Minimize Your Chances of Developing Prostate Cancer.

Read the following below:

>Avoid eating foods high in saturated fat, such as fatty red meat and processed meat.

>Eat foods loaded with lycopene (tomatoes, mango, watermelons, grape-fruit or papaya).

>Eat foods rich in cancer-fighting phytochemicals (soya products, broccoli or brussels sprouts).

>Eat food rich in omega-3 fatty acids (tuna, salmon, sardines, walnuts or flaxseed).

>Include foods in your diet that are rich in zinc (beans, lentils, fish, soya, poultry or wholegrains).

>Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week.

>Quit smoking!

>Take supplements like selenium and vitamin E.

>Take anti-inflammatory medication such as aspirin and ibuprofen.

>Eat barbequed meat once in a blue moon. The carcinogens in charred meat can disproportionately cause prostrate cancer.

>Ejaculate at least 3 times a week!

>Have regular medical check-ups. Early detection may save you!

>Include calcium-rich food in your diet (milk, cheese or yoghurt).
