4. Use god soaps which are high n moisture level. Harsh soaps can make skin more dry and damage the skin.

5. Coconut oil is very god for skin. Massage with it half an hour before you bathe.

6. Try to take lesser amount of tea and coffee.

7. Take foods high on vitamin E.

8. Take fresh fruits and nuts.

9. Avoid fried foods and too much of sugar.

10. Almond oil, olive oil and cocoa butter are god for massage n stretch marks.
