These are some tips for a healthy lifestyle and to stop smoking.

How to STOP Smoking

1. If you feel like smoking, step into the bathroom and take a bath, taking 15-20 minutes.
2. Keep a record of the water you drink, 6-8 glasses between meals. Water will help release the nicotine present in your body. Take no alcoholic beverage.
3. Get enough rest during quitting time, and eat regular meals, but watch your diet.
4. After eating, walk outside and breathe deeply. No sitting.
5. Avoid eating spicy foods, gravies, fried foods, and rich food and eating meal heavily. These will create a craving to smoke. Eat vegetables and fruits; no coffee or tea.
6. If something happens to you, consult a doctor who doesn’t smoke.
7. Be sincere when you would like to quit smoking. Develop self-discipline and do things you like to do.

As I said on my own article, and I quote:
"To a non-smoker, quitting smoking sounds relatively easy, just pick a time and then turn your back on tobacco, right? “Easier said than done”, the addicted smoker will likely to reply. There is no magic cure, and it is true. No quick, easy way out for nicotine addiction."

But your tips will surely add to the list.
