You read this right, there really is a way to live longer and virtually stress free, regardless of your situation...

It's Okay To Be Mean

The very first thing to do is to stop beating yourself up!

What I’m saying is that you need to recognize every day for what it is. Today you started your day feeling “mean”, but that’s okay, just accept yourself as you are. Experts are confirming that once you accept your own shortcomings, a huge wave of healing power is released by your brain and literally starts flooding the hurt area, with these feel good hormones, (Endorphin's)

Take five minutes to do this lifesaving exercise daily.


(1) Close your eyes.
(2) Inhale rapidly but deeply through your nose.
(3) Exhale slowly through your mouth, while allowing your shoulders to sag and relax.
(4) While continuing to breathe this way, say this Depak Chopra prayer: ”I need to
stop my rigid outlook of things and trust the big picture which is always in control
of everything.”

* NOTE: These tips are scientifically backed and entirely doable.

"Unless we can recognize this cause as a serious flaw within ourselves and take steps to deal with it, we will not be able to instill change in our children."

this is so wise Andre and I have found that loving it all can deflect stress (sometimes a difficult thing to do loving things you really dont like but it bloody works) I did it today and the change in my energy was amazing...

Just great my friend, this one is written straight from my heart and is only going to actually get through to enlightened souls like yourself. Not equating myself to Jesus during his sermon on the mount in any way, when one of His own pointed out to Him saying:"The masses cannot understand you, why do you address them thus?" To which He answered:"I know this, I am not speaking to them, but I'm speaking to you."

I liked it..and i know one physical exercise that can bust stress repeatedly and in one go...would explain it soon

Great advice on how to handle stress. I love breathing exercises, they work wonders. One thing that I do that helps is, make sure when you blow out your first breath, keep blowing until you get out all the oxygen in your lungs. As most folks do not exhale the proper way. Anyhow, I have been doing okay. Once again I have a awful computer and it acts up big time, I have lost one too many articles to want to try, it just goes poof and it is gone, as I am working on it. I do have a computer on layaway for my Christmas present though and then this time, I will have a brand new computer and not one that someone else had before me. Dude, it is so frustrating as I had just started to set up my blogs when my computer started acting up, it went to the computer doc, he said he fixed it and yet, it is worse tan ever. I did take a chance and write a article of us going to the pumpkin patch with our grand last week, as I was not worried about losing my photos, as I already had a back up and if I did lose the writing, what the heck, ya know. Good thing the wind was blowing right that day and I got it out. I was kind of proud of myself, it was wondering if I have 'all' the way lost it and no, not 'all' the way. LOL Bugg and Tee are fine, Buggah will be 3 years old this month, 29th. The rest of the family is doing, just trying to maintain in this awful economy is all but hey, we are Americans and I have hope in 'us' to get America on track. I sure hope and pray that I am right. When I come to delete my messages I will make it a point to stop by. Thank you for caring. Your friend, Denise :)
