Working for long hours can be tiring. In the fast moving world, we forget to take care of our health. Take care of a few things and you can still stay healthy!

Working for long hours can be tiring. In the fast moving world, we forget to take care of our health. Take care of a few things and you can still stay healthy!

Want to know how to stay healthy at work. Read on:

1. Before entering the office, use stairs in case of the elevator. This will give you a fresh feel and help reduce weight if you are obese.

2. Carry water and fruits with you in your bag so you do not munch on oily food all the time.

3. Even if you order some sandwiches from office cafetaria, opt for brown bread instead of white bread.

4. Avoid too much of coffee and tea. However, you can carry green tea bags with you and add it to hot water from machine and keep sipping when you feel like taking tea.

5. Instead of using telephone to call your colleagues, go your self and pass on the message. Sitting at one place all the time can make you feel sleepy, lazy and drowsy. So, stay in action.

These are a few simple tips that can keep you healthy even when you are busy with work.
