How to be happy and enjoy your life

The paradigm

I wrote this for several reasons. The first one is because I love sharing my knowledge and happy story with others and it makes me very happy. The second one is because I wanted to reach a mass audience by addressing a subject that would appeal to most of the people. Who doesn’t desire to be happy and make our world a better place for present and future generations?
I acknowledge that there are many, many positive things about our world, but I also have to admit that some things could be much better. I’m not going to judge what’s wrong with the world; that’s for each of us to decide that for self. Anyway, who is to decide the ultimate right and wrong?
All you need to do is desire to be happy or happier. You may even desire to have fun while changing the world for the better.

The science of being happy

Human beings are designed to function the same way, similar to the hardware of a computer. We are all hard-wired the same. What makes us behave differently from each other is the way we think, feel and act, which is our “software”. Human software does not come on a CD, obviously. But it is indeed downloaded into our brains. How? Well, if you remember your life as a child, you might remember your parents, grandparents, and all the other “adult authorities” teaching and telling you what is wrong or right and what the world around you was compiled of. They developed your primary perception on things. Later on, during teenage years, the school system and society itself shaped and altered believes and perceptions by inoculating ideas like “you need to follow instructions”, “you have to grow up, get a job, start a family, and assume responsibilities”. Does it sound familiar? Are you sure that your life’s course was the one you planned and wanted for yourself? Or was it just a set of actions based on what others told you it was right to do?
Let’s get back to how the brain works. It is scientifically proven that your brain actually secretes chemicals corresponding to your positive and negative thoughts. The resulting chemistry of your brain’s cranial fluid influences all of your natural abilities and functions. This, in turn, determines how well you perform in everything you do because your brain is like a powerful computer. The chemicals and neurotransmitters in your brain (and actually in your whole body), hold energy. All types of energy (light, electromagnetism, electric power). Whenever you produce a thought, it results into small electric flow into your brain and from your brain throughout your body. What is even more important to realize is that the electromagnetic field that your thoughts create cause attractor fields which affect your life and happiness. It’s very easy to imagine that your energy attracts similar energies, just la gravity. So, you can increase your natural abilities and happiness by consciously adjusting the chemistry of your brain.

So, how do I get to being happy?

Researchers have found that emotions, positive and negative alike, are nearly as contagious as colds and flu. You can catch feelings of elation, euphoria, sadness and more from friends, family, colleagues, even strangers. Mood "infection" happens in milliseconds, as a result of neuro-bio-chemicals interactions, subtle energy interaction, subtle chemical exchange.
In conclusion, a way to look at things is that happiness is influenced and generated by thoughts, nutrition, exercise, rest and environment. What you think, what you eat, how to train your body to function in the best way and who you chose to be around yourself. What? No money, you might say…Well, people have been chasing money and fortune for a long time now. And where did that get them? How many of them are truly happy? It’s time to try a new approach.

Good share. I live a life that observes and absorbs what I see around me. I try to change what I can for the better and accept those that I cannot. I have found a life lived for others is pure bliss - bereft of ego, grudge and greed. I mix with all types of people. Accumulating wealth beyond basic needs is a liability - siva
