We have all been there so here are a few tips concerning the difficult day that usually follows after Saturday night fever.

Hangover and its discontents

Remember what you did last night? If you cannot remember still the great fun you had and you are only left with a terrible headache and a general feeling of tiredness and weariness in your body, then it means that you must have attended a great party! It must have all started with some good music and a glass of wine, some beer or even some whiskey... and the fun went on and on, as you must have gone on with the flow. And here you are now, in this terrible state! Well, accidents happen and next time you should be more careful when it comes to alcohol consumption. But, till next time, look what you could do in order to alleviate your pain and improve your current condition.

Water – by all means, in all its forms!

Given the circumstances (namely, having gotten your body poisoned with alcohol), only water can purify your body inside-out. Yes, water! The basic element of life! Drink as much water as you can. You will feel the refreshing effects immediately as the well chilled temperature of the water gets in contact with your burned stomach. What a delight!

Moreover, frequent showers will definitely help! Have you ever wondered why people like to invest in some very good quality showers for their bathrooms? Well, not only for decoration and esthetic reasons, that's for certain! The new range of showers, such as the Mira shower range, can offer one of the best experiences that you can get at home, in your everyday life. A shower that evenly spreads all of those drops of water, without leaks or loss of pressure or any other accidental peculiarity that might bring annoyance, is precisely what you need – even more so when you are sick with a terrible hangover. The evenly spread drops of water will make your body feel much better and will wash away all of your last night's sins, just like that! Make sure you do not set a too high of a water temperature; however, don't fall to the pitfall of taking a cold shower, you might end up with a cold. Your body is vulnerable after alcohol poisoning, so treat yourself with care and moderation. Set a moderate water temperature and enjoy it for as long as possible.

If you've just got out of the shower and, even though refreshing, you still get this feeling of dizziness and too heavy of a head to carry on your weak body, then what you need is a bag of ice to put on your forehead while you will be lying down for a while. And once again, water – in its frozen form – might save the day and take away your pain. However, if you are not feeling better already or if the headache still persists, then you need a plan B!

Plan B – for those headaches!

The heavy headache you got yourself stuck with after a long night out drinking persists and you really feel like sorting it out somehow. Well, in these situations water alone might not work out. What you have to do is to dissolve one aspirin in a glass of water and drink it all fast – you must surely know about drinking it fast, otherwise you would not be in this state, if I may say so, just for a pinch of well deserved criticism. Soluble aspirin is the one to be recommended in these cases, as t gets easily absorbed – and even more so if swallowed in a faster mode.

There are also other pills that could get you out of trouble, however aspirin is a classic and it is the most harmless of them all. If keeping in mind that water is actually the key to a speedy recovery, then you will be just as brand new in no time. Good luck with your recovery!

Have you ever been at a 21st where about a dozen kids you've watched growing up are all at the same party, and insist on bringing you a drink to the table to thank you for all the 'put me up for the nights and the breakfasts accordingly' not easy an easy mike ha ha
