Getting awareness of you and the world and at the same tine getting relaxation is very necessary in our routine life. It makes our tension free and be always happy and be peaceful.

How to get awareness and relaxation

Step 1 - Daily Watching

start being aware with day to day, routine actions, and as you are doing your mundane activities and be relaxed as you know the world outside. There is no need to get tensed. Just practice it. As you are washing or cleaning the floor, Why to get tense. Be free and just enjoy the way you do and get relaxed. As you are cooking food, just cook food. What is the matter of getting tense? There is no single occasion for you to have tension. You are a tension free being. Just have the awareness about the world and enjoy in whatever you do.

Step 2 - Accept Yourself

Now we are living in the competitive world. Do not compare yourself with anyone or anything that makes you tense and lust and eventually you cannot become yourself. Do not think of either past or future. Be alive at present. Enjoy with what is ni front of you and make your life happy with what you have. Just find your own talent and most interested thing in your life. On the earth there is no person without having any unique gift of life. Whatever the talents you have but enjoy with a lot of happiness. Just accept with your life. Whatever comes in your life just accept it and enjoy your life. Nothing in your life which comes you never try to reject.

Step 3 - Be a Lover of an Art

In this world the most beautiful thing is love only. be a lover of art and enjoy it like the artist. Just love the art. Everything in life is art if you are an artist. Whatever you do, see and enjoy, be a lover of art and love the art as you enjoy with it.
