How to lose fat and indulge in a healthy lifestyle

Here is a simple diet plan for people who want to bring about a change in their eating habits and lose those extra pounds.

A four week diet plan

The diet plan i recommend here is just a simple nutrition rich daily plan which helps to lose fat and get healthy skin.

P.S. This diet is mainly for vegetarians as I am myself a vegan.

Morning (breakfast)

A cup of porridge(dalia)/oats/quinoa/cornflakes or 1 whole wheat sandwich
plus
one fruit of your choice- apple/grapes/orange/watermelon/guava etc

Noon

A bowl full of salad including cucumber/carrots/fruits/lettuce etc

Afternoon(lunch)

A cup of cooked rice (brown rice preferably) with a cup of cooked vegetables

Evening

A bowl of soup
or
A glass of fresh juice

Night(dinner)

A bowl full of salad(same as noon)
plus
1 cup of bolied rice or 1 choice of bread(chapati) with 1 cup of cooked lentils(pulses)

Some useful tips

Along with the diet plan mentioned above do take care of the following things

1. Cut down on sugar and oil.

2. Avoid packaged and processed food.

3. Avoid fried and frozen foods.

4. Drink lots of water all day long.

5. Sleep atleast 2 hours post dinner.

6.NEVER skip a meal.

7. Eat slowly and chew all of it.Don't swallow as it is.

8. Try to exercise a bit to lead a healthy lifestyle.

9. Never take shortcuts to get fit.

10.Eat more healthy carbs and whole grains.

11. Have more leafy vegetables and colorful fruits.
