Ways to reduce belly fat fast.

There are many ways to Reduce Belly Fat. But this is not easy to reduce belly. This needs Commitment, regularity in exercise, Control on Tongue (Avoiding spicy and fried food), and patience.

There are many ways to reduce belly.

1. Running:- Running is helpful to reduce weight and Fat but Running reduce the Fat of whole body. It is not possible only to target belly fat by running. If you want to lose belly fat by running, you have to reduce the fat of overall body. To lose a pound of fat you need to burn 3500 more calories than you eat. Running is the fastest way to expel energy and keeps your metabolism hiked up.

Intervals are Proven to reduce belly fat and rev up metabolism, instead of running at the same pace for the entire workout.

How many calories you burn while running depends on your body weight and the intensity at which you exercise. The more you weigh and the faster you run, the more calories you burn.

Sprints for 40-45 seconds and then start jogging as you get the normal breath and then again sprint.

Alcohol also stresses your liver which has to overwork to clear the toxins. This can get in the way of building muscles. Drink alcohol 10% of the time.

Example Friday & Saturday night. Normal alcohol consumption, not the get drunk. Rest of the time: water, water with squeezed lemon, green tea, etc.

It’s not necessarily beer but too many calories that can turn your trim waistline into a belly that protrudes over your pants.

Beer also gets the blame because alcohol calories are so easy to overdo. A typical beer has 150 calories.

4. Do Cardio:- You usually burn carbohydrates until you hit the 20-minute mark and start to reduce your fat stores. For bigger weight loss, extend your high-intensity training to 45 minutes 5 times per week.

5. Drink More Water:- When you are dehydrated, your body stores more water, especially in fat cells. So we need to drinking more and more water to reduce belly fat. We need to take 12 glass water everyday or more than that if we want to reduce belly fat.

Keep a glass of water with you at all times and sip from it frequently throughout the day. This will help to keep you from snacking out of boredom or from mistaking thirst for hunger.

Drinking cold water will cause your body's metabolism will work hard to bring the water up to room temperature than Drinking normal water.

Start your morning with 2-3 glass of water. This will help to increase your metabolism and help your body to get rid of toxins.
