5. I think drink manufactures should respond to consumer popular demand for safe drinks by producing alcohol free bears and wines.

Write up:

1. If you can go for a long spell (days) without drinking, you are not addicted.
2. Keep a diary, (online, offline) write down how much you are consuming. Keeping a diary, the very act of keeping it cuts the amount the drink.
3. The general habit of a person is, most of the people tend to drink what they have in their hand, and so when eating, make sure you have a glass of water in yours hand. It may be a glass of tap (cleaned) water on the table as it reduces your alcohol consumption by half.
4. Always buy yourself a single instead of a double. Do not take offered drink or free drink. Drink that only looks like a previous one. Always buy from yours own pockets to drink.
5. I think drink manufactures should respond to consumer popular demand for safe drinks by producing alcohol free bears and wines.
6. Join any inexpensive, readily available, dedicated Alcoholics Anonymous community. These are self help groups of recovering alcoholics. These consist of men and women who have stopped drinking many years ago. They can help you how this abstinence can be achieved. They can be yours crisis manager voluntarily. No matter what type of rehabilitation program is planned, the alcoholics should be offered the option of joining Alcoholics Anonymous community.

There are a lot of alcohol free beers and wines. Germany has a great NA Beer called Clausthaler.
