Today, life is a huge grinder that eats away all your energies and leaves you completely fatigued and stressed out at the end of the day. Stress is a plague; it not only eats away your confidence, efficiency, time management capability but also physical health. Stress affects your nerves and to a major extent the working of brain. As everything is connected to the brain, it directly impacts your physical health and you feel weak and nervous in stressed situations. The basic problem arises when you are unable to cope physically; you get panic attacks and lose your appetite. Now it is highly important that you deal with the issue before things worsen up. Here are few tips that could help you manage things in a proper fashion.
• Work on your brains: this shall be the foremost step, as brain links to all other parts of the human body. The better your brain is the better will it keep your body. You have to give your brains some time. All day long you were unable to rest mentally, so when you get home, put aside your cell phone and laptop and do everything that could relax you up in the head. A movie, a hot water bath, a drive with some favorite songs- anything that helps you clear your head will be best
• Then work on your fitness: recent studies show that working –out /gym and yoga can heal your body in no time. By healing here I mean freeing your body and soul both from all the worries and anxieties. Restorative, asthanga and power yoga will work best for people who have to deal with daily pressures at work and meet short deadlines. The purpose is to just strengthen body and allow it to breathe. As for gym, you can opt for an exercise of your choice. For many people cycling works best or treadmill is also a great option. The purpose is to just release all that has been piling up since morning. If you really don’t have a gym nearby just get yourself an exercise mat and start at your home only.
• Eat well, sleep well: this is one basic rule we were taught since childhood. You are not supposed to forget this, even if you cross 70. The point is, your body needs nutrition (we all know) but proper one is another debate. Eat fruits and vegetables and take in milk, all that will give you strength to cope up shall be a part of your diet. Also sleep well! You don’t get enough sleep and you wake up more tired, no point of going to the bed then. Get at least 8 hours of sleep, your body deserves it!
