From time immemorial jewellery has attracted women with its different shapes and sizes. Sometimes it plays vital role in some special occasions like wedding. However, wearing jewellery marked new dimension of ornamental wearings when it comes to new aspect of jewellery in this IT age.

Therapeutic aspects

Shrouded by the mysterious therapeutic aspects of this kind of jewellery, more and more people tend to wear it most often near any injured or affected area of the body. But the main purpose of wearing these items is to create a magnetic field around the area and heal the disease. It is not like any non-magnetic or general jewellery for that matter, they are available in any form like necklaces, earrings, bracelets and anklets etc. From the time immemorial, magnetic therapy has been best known for various diseases and it was a proven method of healing many diseases like pain, blood pressure and also cardiac disorders. Magnets acts positively on the living tissues of the body. They also help the body to produce its natural pain killer. They also enhances the process of blood circulation when worn near the affected part of the body and starts healing process.

Benefits of magnetic therapy

It has been proved in the latest medical researches that the iron components of our body become immediately responsive to the magnets. The magnetic energy that enters the body is the catalyst that stimulates the body's energy. The deep penetrating therapeutic energy released by bi-polar magnets (bi-polar means that the magnets are arranged so that both North and South Poles contact the body) helps to increase blood flow and circulation. This in turn increases the oxygenated nutrient-rich blood flow to affected tissues while speeding the removal of toxins and waste products, thereby providing pain relief, reducing inflammation and allowing the body to naturally and more quickly heal itself. Does it work? Yes! Most people experience the benefits of magnets due to increased blood flow. The benefits of magnetic therapy have led some creative designers to manufacture the magnetic jewellery that solves dual purposes of styles and treatment. They are becoming increasingly popular among the people from every walk of life. The conspicuous feature of this type of jewellery is that they are safe

It is natural, drug-free and cost effective

Magnetic therapy is a natural, drug-free, cost effective and easy-to-use method of self treatment, without any of the side effects associated with conventional methods of pain relief. The jewellery provide the same healing effects as the methods used successfully by physiotherapists all over the world. It can be worn on the wrist, ankle or neck throughout the day or night to achieve maximum benefit.

Choosing the right jewellery

It has been reported that the use of magnet therapy for health and well-being has an ancient history dating back thousands of years. Ancient Egyptians used lodestones to prolong life and improve health. It is said that Cleopatra wore a polished lodestone in the belief that it helped maintain her youth and beauty. Magnetic therapy was earlier used for healing purpose in India, China, Greece and Egypt. Nowadays they have taken the shape of magnetic jewellery. Despite complaints about not getting relief by some people, more and more people are well accustomed to wear them. The obvious reason behnd this is not choosing the right jewellery. This poses problems whether they have chosen wrong kind of magnet. Insist on wearing the right one because low quality magnetic jewellery will not serve the right purpose. Continuous use gives you continuous benefits. Finally , make it the symbol of your fashion and good health.

Nice article, P.D. Padmasiri. I own a magnetic bracelet and I will vouch for the fact that they are very effective, especially for chronic joint pain, which I have from old injuries. Thank you..
