Meditation is a great way to clear your mind and make you think less about the material world. Meditation is very relaxing and soothing.

Step 1: Find an Area

Find a clear space to sit down. This can be inside or outside. Just find a nice quiet place. You can also use a pillow to sit on if that helps. Try to find a nice level space.

Step 2: Focus

For meditation, you will need something to focus on. This can be relaxing music, the sound of the ocean, the great outdoors, etc. Just make sure it’s a relaxing sound that you are focusing on. Also, you don’t have to find something like this to listen to as you meditate. You can simply listen to and focus on the sound of your breath as you inhale and exhale.

Step 3: Sit

Now, just sit down and cross your legs. Put your hands on your knees and clsoe your eyes. Start focusing on whatever you picked out. Just make sure it’s one thing that you’re focusing on. The point of meditation is to get rid of thinking about things. So, just close your eyes, focus on a simple sound and don’t think about anything.

Step 4: Repetition

Repeat this process atleast once a day. This will help clear your mind of the outside world, causing you to feel free and relaxed. Do this for as long as you want. It can be anywhere from 5 minutes to half an hour. You will feel much better after meditation.
