Lose Weight with Negative Calorie Foods

Desperately searching the net for something to help me lose weight i came across the term negative calorie foods, i read up on it and tried it out and it does seem to be working.

Its basically certain foods that burn a lot of energy, they burn more energy than what they actually contain, so the theory being the more of it you eat the more extra calories you burn off.

So although they do contain calories its classed as negative calorie because the body burns it off but more on top.

I was pleased to see that amongst the list contains some of the food i love.

I experimented with it and found that i lose more weight not only adding more of the negative calorie foods to my normal diet, i try to have one or two days a week where i eat nothing but these foods, i usually make a vegetable soup or stew and eat fresh fruit to snack on.

I ain't gonna lie to you if you have a big appetite like me then negative calorie only days are hard to do and there have been times where ive cheated and added noodles and a little rice and potatoes.

If you drink extra water with this you can speed up the weight loss, i also had one or two cups of green tea a day as well, i lost about 2 pounds a week without even trying, just adding these magic foods.

Id like to say i carried on with it and lost all the weight i needed too but again I'm not gonna lie to you, i didn't, the temptation of cake and curries and crisps and sweets took over and I'm a little stuck there at the moment.

But when I'm ready to lose weight again i have the knowledge.

here is the list of negative calorie foods.

Apples, strawberries, melon, raspberries, cranberries, grapefruit, mangoes, pineapple, lemon, tangerines, asparagus, beetroot, turnip, spinach, radishes, green cabbage, hot peppers, chillies, broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, cucumber, cress, garlic, onion, green beans, tomato, lettuce and celery.

you can try adding as much as these foods as possible to your diet or having days where you make a big soup and snack on fruit like i did.

Its very easy to follow and if you like fruit and vegetables like i do it isn't hard to do at all.
