You might feel sometimes you feel that you forget something that should be very simple to remember like your key. This happens so often to many people. The way you forget your car key and you do not have even any idea where you put the key is actually a problem of your memory. Usually you will remember where the key is after some minutes.

Your memory health can affect your daily habit and it happens frequently without you realize. You might feel sometimes you feel that you forget something that should be very simple to remember like your key. This happens so often to many people. The way you forget your car key and you do not have even any idea where you put the key is actually a problem of your memory. Usually you will remember where the key is after some minutes. This is not a big problem since it happens to many people, but still there are some things you need to know why such thing happens many times.

Never think that you have problems with your memory just because you frequently forget such simple things. Many people experience the same thing with you. Just because you are young does not mean that you cannot have memory health problem. Faulty memory does happen to many people in many ages not just the old ones. If you forget about the name of a thing you just know, it is actually normal because your brain does not stick with it longer. Your brain provides some storage space so that it needs time to memorize a new thing you learn. It usually deletes the memory that you do not really remember to get more things.

Forgetting is A Common Thing

Just because you forget something so often does not mean that you get problems in your memory health. It is a common thing to forget where you put your key or where you park your car. It is even very common to forget that you have someone to meet in your schedule. It is just a matter of focus. You just too focus to other things so that you do not focus to the thing that you forget. The thing that you forget is usually closely related to the thing that you focus on, for example how you forget where you park your car when you are too focused on what things you should buy in the shopping center. When you are sick of something it is also easy for you to forget it.

How to Manage Your Memory Health

Although this is normal for human to forget something quickly, you can avoid such faulty memory happen. The first thing to do to manage your memory is to be more organized. Make your belongings more organized by putting the same thing in the same place. For example, place your key always in the same area so that you will not forget where you put it the last time. To not forget a thing or a place, you should write your schedule whenever you have an important appointment it includes many things that you need to do or to remember. Your memory health will be also better when you help your brain to remember more things.

Not just writing, but you need to also have a calendar where you will take notes about your important appointments. If you have something important to do the next day, you need to check your calendar the night before so that you will have the schedule in your mind. If you are a kind of person who like forgetting your password, you need to also make password from your favorite phrase, but change it into acronym. This will be helpful for you because you will not easy to forget it, but this is also not easy for hackers to hack your password.

Repeat some things that you just learn is also important to help you remember. The more you repeat, the more you remember. It can be anything that you have to remember, a name of a new person, an address or anything new you must remember. Memory health is like the body. It needs exercises to make it memorize more things. You can read books, learning language or playing a puzzle to exercise your brain. Make your brain get exercises and you will find that your memory health is better and better each day.

There are some things that can affect your memory including your lifestyle. The foods that you eat and the things that you usually do in your spare time can affect the health of your memory. So, live healthily to make your memory health good as well.

Yes I agree, I sometimes get so involved with something that I forget where i put my car keys too. Then everyone needs to pitch in and help me find it ;-) Thank you for your story.
