Ladies, lets set a great example for our kids while showing them how much we appreciate them.

No time to exercise

As mom, especially single moms, we all know that there is limited time to do anything. We often put ourselves and our needs to the back of our to-do list. As much as it seems like the right thing to do, it often is just the opposite. I always hear women say there is just no time to exercise. Well ladies, I have to say that I have the best way to exercise, enjoy time with your kids, keep them entertained and show them that you're a great mom.

Play time

My kids, like all kids, always want some "mommy time." Rarely do I have the time to go down to the park or sit outside with them to watch them do something. In my opinion, that's still not really quality time. I'm just watching them play. Some years ago, I was trying to lose some weight after giving birth to my last child. I was going through this list online that tells you how many calories you are burning based on your age, weight and activity. One of the activities was playing on the floor with your kids. My kids and I would wrestle on the floor and play. This not only tired everyone out, but it made them smile and reduced the amount of stress that was in the house at the time. Last year, my kids really got into dancing. Now, we just turn on the radio and dance for a while. They think I'm crazy, but, I get some exercise and I get to spend some time showing them how much I love to be around them. For now, at least my 6 year old still likes to hold my hands and dance with me! In my opinion, dancing around has helped me tone up more than trying some exercise plan that just strains my joints and it can completely wipe me out in a short period of time. The best benefit though, is being able to spend some quality time with my children!

I have a seven year old and the best Mum time I give him is by schooling him of the ways of the world which includes fun and games as we speak like too adults and have fun that is educational as well as magical. It contains everything within it and that is what life is about.
I am a single parent by circumstance and not divorce as my husband is recuperating from a massive upheaval that plagued him last year destroying his mental stability.
My child is aware and I have taught the value of knowledge and books and how to be street smart to combat the world as he needs basic all round knowledge of life and not textbook accounts. We have crazy hilarious fun and everyone knows the two of us as we are a riot together always chatting talking and playing even as we walk on the road but keeping road discipline....
Oh yea, he dresses like me too with Sunglasses too....

Also to add, he is figure conscious like me and eats only what I eat for strength and no junk food what so ever because I told him he would go fat and no fizzies either. So like a said, he has a perfect figure too like his mum - no one believes I am a mother any way because of the way I look, I get yea right tell the truth and get the grandmum certifying I was there when she gave birth and here are the pictures...
