Natural Birth or Cesarean?

According to a recent study, the cesarean section increases the risk of allergies, when you would then choose the best natural childbirth . Children born with a natural birth have a bacterial micro flora better than children born by cesarean section, a condition that protects children from some forms of allergies . This is the conclusion of a study conducted by researchers.

The researchers examined 92 children, 46 born with a natural birth and 46 newborns with a cesarean section. Children born with a cesarean section for several weeks showed a stable gut micro flora. Scholars explain that this condition is not detected in children born with a natural birth, exposes children to immune-allergic diseases and increased weight ( overweight ).

Other studies have already correlated the type of delivery (cesarean or natural) with the health of children, for example, a Dutch study had concluded that cesarean delivery increases the risk of suffering from asthma . Scholars explain that the baby goes from a sterile environment (the womb) to a contaminated; this step seems to be particularly important, like diet and environment for the colonization of the intestinal micro flora of the infant. Proper colonization by certain bacteria, such as the Bifid bacterium and Lactobacillus, it is very important for the health of small enough to influence the future manifestation of allergic reactions and asthma.
According to experts, children born with a Cesarean section appear to be disadvantaged compared to those born with a natural birth, probably will require further studies but the data lay the foundation for preventative remedies. Through the early supplementation of substances and probiotics , can normalize the intestinal micro flora, could limit the cases of allergies and asthma in children .
