The human body requires exercise. Exercise keeps body fit and healthy. Body becomes weak and unhealthy without exercise. Some people do manual labour, such as soldiers, peasants and labourers. Physical exercise is not necessary for them.

Health for all. Now!

There are many kinds of physical exercise, such as outdoor games, running, riding, boating, swimming, walking etc. We can take any kind of exercise which suits our constitution and taste. Some exercises are costly, while some costs little. Walking is the easiest form of exercise. It can be taken by anyone, old or young.

Physical exercise should be taken in the open air. It should be taken in the morning or evening. It should be taken moderately. Excess of exercise is bad for health. Excess of exercise is as bad as no exercise. After exercise, we require a little rest. With physical exercise we must have a good diet. Physical exercise without proper diet is not so useful. We should never take exercise just after food.

Physical Exercise helps us to improve our health. It makes us active and cheerful. It drives off lethargy and and anxieties. It gives us pleasure. It is a sort of entertainment. We feel relaxed and refreshed after exercise. We get fresh vigour and energy. It gives strength to work harder and better. It tunes up our entire system.

People in our society do not attach much importance to physical exercise. It is only a few educated persons who value it. The importance of physical exercise should be understood by everybody. It is important for all, educated or uneducated. Physical exercise is not given due consideration in most of the schools and collages. Such neglect should be checked. This helps to reduce the number of unhealthy person. A country needs/requires healthy person to perform the developmental work. So, good health or healthy body is most important for all the human beings in order to do any kind of works; either that is developmental or personal works.

I set most of time everyday. I need lots of exercise. That is supposed to be my goal this year.
