Achieve positive attitude by constant practice

Positive attitude is an art of life. It is the art of living a successful life. It can be developed by constant practice. Why not try this art today? Do not postpone it for tomorrow. Begin today itself. Doing things without postponing for a later period is also a part of this positive attitude art.

Just imagine that you have been expecting a check that should have reached yesterday. You have been in great anxiety. But you have just received an email stating that you would get it only after five days. Your positive anticipation has quickly moved to a negative disappointment. This has caused a negative mood and bitterness in you. This bitterness will seep into other areas of your life also. This is what you find normally in life.

Three steps towards positive attitude

Wait for a moment. Your negative attitude reflects on other areas and affects your whole life today. Take it easy. Be confident that good results will turn out.
1) Look beyond this problem and make your day enjoyable with positive thoughts.
2) Try to recognize, and if possible celebrate, five happy things every day. Think of five happy moments of yesterday. Hope for such happy moments for today.
3) Accept your mistakes, if you commit any today. It builds up your courage and keep you positive.

Begin today itself

Although for some people a positive attitude seems to come naturally, but for the rest of us it is something that must be consciously practiced daily. The best time to practice a positive attitude is when disappointment strikes.
Begin the art of positive attitude today itself. It will lead you towards success.

yes, very good, thanks vpaulose.

We should practice this constantly, and try to remember to do so, whenever we feel a bit negative, as you said.

I take a view, do I have a choice? I like to laugh at myself, some self-deprecating humor and also with a take that others who are worse off manage to keep smiling! We may not have enough to share with others, but we can at least keep smiling to spread cheer. Thanks VP for this uplifting share - siva
