Some interesting cocktails that will make you stand out among your friends or in a party. You don’t have to go out every time and spend heaps on cocktails. You can learn how to make them and sip whenever you feel like. Try them and see for yourself:
1. Carrie Me
2 oz. vodka
2 oz. white peach puree
1 oz. ginger-infused simple syrup
½ oz. lemon juice
Silver and pink sanding sugar (for rim)
Silver sugar beads
To make the peach puree, peel a peach and put it in a blender for about 10-15 seconds. To make the ginger syrup, take half a cup of water and half a cup of sugar to a boil in a small saucepan. Add some fresh chopped ginger. Reduce, and stir until the mixture gets thick. Strain out the ginger and let the syrup cool to room temperature Now, in a mixing glass, combine the peach puree, the ginger syrup, the lemon juice and the vodka-- shake. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with the sanding sugar.

2. Charlotte's Twin-Set
2 oz. white rum
½ oz. St-Germain (at most liquor stores)
1 Tbsp. strawberry jam
Champagne for float
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients except champagne. Shake and strain into a champagne glass, then top with a splash of bubbles.

3. Samantha's Oral Pleasure
2 oz. silver tequila (Make sure it's silver — gold tequila tastes different)
1 ½ oz. blood orange puree
½ oz. pear liqueur
2 cashes blood orange bitters (at liquor stores; if you can't find blood orange bitters, regular bitters will do)
Edible candy straw (or a Twizzler)
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into a highball and garnish with candy straw.
4. Miranda's Brooklyn Bridge
2 oz. gin
1 oz. lemon puree
½ oz. simple syrup
1 oz. Lillet Blanc (at most liquor stores. Can't find it? Substitute a sweet wine, like Riesling.)
2 oz. Pinot Noir
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients other than wine. Shake and strain into a highball filled with ice. Float the wine on top so the drink is layered.
5. John James Preston
2 oz. bourbon
5 sour cherries in their juice
1 oz. honey
½ oz. hot water
In a mixing glass, muddle the cherries with the honey and lemon. Add bourbon and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
