RA and Vitamins

RA suffers have a multitude of symptoms that require several medications. These medications can deplete the vitamins you get from eating healthier. Be sure to discuss with your specialist which multi vitamin you should take and any additional vitamins that might help with deficiencies. Women with RA at any age find it beneficial to take a pre-natal vitamin. Taking a pre-natal vitamin along with Glucosomine and Condroiton, B12, and several immunity boosting vitamins, seems to help manage the sluggishness and the propensity to catch every sickness in the air. Men need to take a multi vitamin that does not contain vitamin K, along with CoQ10, B12, and immune boosting vitamins.

RA and Exercise

Exercise plays a key roll in mobility for the RA suffer. Most important to remember you don't have to over exert yourself. In others a person in pain, doesn't gain from pain. Light to moderate exercise will keep you moving along. Stretching, Yoga for beginners, walking, and Water Aerobics are great for getting your body to move. But always remember vitamins are part of your regimen on the road to feeling better with your RA.
