! The variety of these sour - sweet things that people like it very much. Materials required:
Raw Mango - 300 grams (2 Common)
Oil - 1-2 tbsp
Asafetida - 1 pinch
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon less
Sugar or molasses - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste (1/4 tsp)
Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2-3 pinch
Garam masala - half tsp
Method:
Wash and peel the mango first and then cut into 2-2 inch thick pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan and then make the asafetida, cumin and fennel add Bhuniye till light brown. Now add turmeric powder, salt, black salt, red chili powder and chopped mango pieces ½ cup water mixed together for 1-2 minutes Bhuniye and then click embroidered cover and cook until soft drink mango pieces.
Now add garam masala mixed with sugar and cook on a low flame uncovered until thickened, please take it off and then gas.
Mango is ready Lunji. Now it aside in a bowl Pudih piping hot, served with naan bread or eat it and everyone in the house serve do.
