Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it helps your body to refuel and kick start the day feeling fresh and energetic.

When you get up in the morning your body will be running low on energy. When you sleep your body is still working performing all the essential functions that are needed to keep your body up and functioning efficiently when you get up in the morning.

Breakfast and Weight loss

Breakfast helps in the process of losing weight. When you have breakfast you will not snack on food items that will add on to your weight like high sugar energy bars, cream biscuits, potato chips etc.

When you skip your breakfast you will feel very hungry and you will eat more than what your body actually needs for your lunch. This can result in weight gain.

Breakfast and Mood Swings

When you have your breakfast you will be in a better mood. You will not feel tired and washed out when you have a good breakfast.

If you do not have your breakfast you will not be able to do your job efficiently and may end up snapping at your colleagues in your workplace.

Children perform better in school when they have breakfast. They are less irritable and are able to concentrate better in class.

Your body will be able to get vital nutrients and vitamins when you eat a healthy breakfast.

Not only does breakfast help in weight loss, having breakfast helps to control blood sugar levels and helps to prevent the onset of Type 2 Diabetes.

Have your breakfast and be energized throughout the day.
