Every morning, you wake up with sleepy eyes. You go to work with tired body, and you have to drink much coffee to make yourself sober. After work, you go home. You sit in the sofa and go to sleep soon after watching TV only for a little while. Some experts suggest you change it by adjusting your diet.

1 You should eat some food which is rich in calcium. The person who is short of calcium always feel tired and nervous. Milk and yoghurt are the good common foods for implementing calcium. You also should remember that when you drink them, don’t forget to impletement some magnesium. The food like walnut, bananas, nori and red wine are all rich in magnesium.

2 You should eat more meat, beans, pears and peaches which contain much aspartic acid to enhance metabolism and remove lactic acid. Then you won’t feel tired.

3 Eat some fish which is rich in omega-three fatty acids, such as trout and menhaden.

4 Some vitamin elements like vitamin B1, B6 and B12 can relieve stress. Eating some of them can help you relieve fatigue.

5 Don’t drink too much soda. You should drink more water, especially alkaline water, which can help the liver and the intestinal tract to discharge toxiticity.

6 You should eat much food which is rich in alkaline, such as fresh vegetable, fruit, milk and bacteria algae food. Many nutritionists value highly on the relationship between the body’s acid-base balance and the health. They all hold the view that keep the body in slightly alkaline state is beneficial to health.If your body is in acid state, you will be easy to feel tired, agitated and lethargic.
