You've been waiting so bad to have clear face after teenage years but that didn't happen as you expected? Those little monsters are not as easy to get rid of as most of us thought.

Acne guide

First of all, I will not say that it would be easy because acne really is a hard struggle at least from my own experience and point of view. From cheap to expensive products, home remedies and on I can finally say that the key to clear skin is a mixture of good care, ( good dermatologist as well) and faith. You can't expect a miracle over night! Neither over weeks. You must give time to your skin and also to believe hard that good things are right around the corner. Just believe you can and you are halfway there.

After many tried products, this is my skin care routine that came up with the best results.
1. Antibiotic gel Dalacin-C
2. Bioderma Akn Sebium
3. Eucerin SPF 50

How does Dalacin C work? What will it do for me?
Clindamycin belongs to the class of medications called antibiotics. It is used to treat infections caused by certain types of bacteria. It is also used before dental procedures or surgery to prevent infections in people who have heart conditions that put them at greater risk of infection. Clindamycin kills bacteria by preventing the growth of the bacteria, so they cannot reproduce.

How should I use Dalacin C?
It depends of your face condition. It can be used local or on the entire face/back area.
I've been using it on the entire face when my acne were in terrible condition. When they came up near a stabilized level I started to use it local, just on some stubborn acne. You must have it 24 hours on the face, (it can work as a good pirmer under foundation as well) but you must apply it often. I divided it into 4 hours applying, 4 times a day and it did the thing (4x4=16 hours a day, the rest 8 you spend into sleeping).
Luckily, the usage of this product came up to a minimum, because of its good formula showed results in very short time. You should also consider that it is antibiotic and shouldn't be used when you don't have a real need. Use it only when necessary.

Who should NOT take Dalacin C?
Do not take this medication if you are allergic to clindamycin, lincomycin, or to any of the ingredients of the medication. Consult your dermatologist if you have any doubts.

Check out tomorrow for part 2 of my skin care routine (Bioderma AKN Sebium) and say goodbye to acne, but this time - FOREVER!
