Six Easy Tips to Prevent Blackhead and Acne

Nobody wants to have acne on their face. Besides, spoiling the appearance, acne could also reduce self-confidence. To avoid blackhead is essential thing for me as I live in very hot tropical country. Sometimes acne and blackhead are big trouble for me. According to experts, blackhead is the first stage of acne before the bacteria get into the pores of the skin, that cause infection or inflammation. This problem is usually start in adolescence time, when hormones start affect the body and skin. These hormones cause excess stimulation of oil glands, which is produced in the skin pores. The excess oil will close the pores and some of them become blackheads. Blackheads may appear on all skin types, but are more common in oily skin.

Although there are many medications and creams that may be used to eliminate or prevent blackheads, some people just avoid using it. Some people prefer to try natural treatments to prevent acne and blackhead.

Below are some tips to prevent acne:

1. Take a little toothpaste and rub on the blackhead. This will help reduce blackheads and reduce inflammation. I have tried it, and the result is quite satisfied.

2. Wash your face with a mixture of salt water. Add one tablespoon of salt with 8 ounces of warm water. Salt will help reduce excess oil, and eliminate blackheads.

3. Squeeze lemon or lime juice and rubbed it into blackheads, and leave overnight. Acid from the lemon helps reduce oil in the skin.

4. Apply aloe vera on blackheads. Aloe vera can also help to speed up the healing process.

5. Rubbing area with blackheads with ice cubes for 10 minutes, it will help to tighten or close the pores and thus with prevent dust entering the pore.

6. Mix one egg (take the white part only) with one tablespoon of honey in a bowl until well mixed. Apply the mixture on face and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water. This mixture is effective to eliminate and prevent blackheads.

To obtain maximum results do regularly one of the six ways above. By using the natural way, we do not need to fear the side effects because it does not contain chemicals things. Good luck.
