There is a vast difference between the two worlds of responding and reacting, and we can choose one of them, but the process and result are huge.

We Should All Be Responding

There is a big difference, likewise a small difference between reacting and responding.

Reacting is when we accept a certain information from outside spource, it could be family, friends, colleagues of someone who merely just passes us, and we act without thinking, means we are deductive, responding on the other hand is the opposite thing when we get an information, we think about it, we do not get emotionally involved right away, but we get to an understanding of the others challenge or the delivered info.

One situation you could see yourself in, if we use you as an example, to make you stand out of your comfortzone, could be a conversation and the person mentions something, and you don’t like it and he or she hits you, that would be reacting. That is the deductive state of mind.

When you react to a situation the situation has been in control of you, and that is accepted by you. Start to take control and begin to think. Shift the control and take control and responsibility.

When something is happening, it’s going control you or you are going to control that, that’s you choice.

I thank you for the comment, and yes if people knew the difference, they would start to realize, animals react, people respond..
