This is what you should do if you feel that nagging voice within you...

Follow this tips

1. When life gets too tough and demanding, distance yourself from the world, take a quiet walk somewhere secluded and think of nothing, empty your thoughts. Just listen to the birds chirp, feel the sun on your skin and the wind blowing through your hair.

2. Pray for someone you loath. Hatred can spread like wildfire within you and engulf your soul. Visualize all your enemies in your head and pray for each one of them. You can’t pray for someone and hate them at the same time.

3. Try doing breathing exercises. You can practice them anywhere; during your lunch-time, at home or even in the long endless queue at the bank. The secret is to concentrate and focus all your attention on the breathing – don’t multi-task!

4. Don’t take yourself too seriously. We all have flaws and imperfections, its called being human. Let go of obsessing about the perfect body, house, car and making tons of money. Be happy with what you got. Millions of people around the globe are going through much more bigger problems than you; like drought, famine and war.

5. Pray for what you already have. If you have sight, all your limbs attached to your body and a loving family, pray for that that you have already received. It humbles you and you’ll learn to be content with what you have.

6. Focus on the present. Don’t dwell on the what-ifs, past failures and losses of the past. Put them in a coffin and bury them. Focus on the NOW and the gift of time will be yours to savor!
