My own quick and easy recipe for a bowl of hot and spicy noodles

Spicy Noodles Recipe

My own favourite recipe for a bowl of warming spicy noodles.

Nothing warms the cockles of my heart more than a steaming bowl of hot n spicy noodles!

You can choose your own favourite kind of noodles- my preference is organic brown rice noodles (as I’m trying to avoid eating wheat).

Typically, noodles are boiled for a few minutes. When your noodles are cooked, drain them in a seive. Return your hot pan to a low heat and add in a 3 tablespoons of chilli sauce (I use Blue Dragon Thai Sweet Chilli Hot) , half a teaspoon of wasabi (Japanese mustard sauce) and a tablespoon of tamari or ordinary soy sauce. It only takes a minute to heat this through whilst stirring. Then simply pop your drained noodles back into the pan, mix the sauce through and serve into a bowl.

Feel free to add in any vegetables you may like to steam.

Et voila, spicy noodles, I do hope you enjoy.
