Exercising tips for stay healthy

Staying fit and healthy always remains an issue. People often takes this matter in ease and face small and severe health problems in future. Here i am giving you some tips for staying fit and fine by taking proper diet, rest, exercise etc.

So my friends the first step to maintain your health is stay active, take proper nutritional diet, exercise three or four days a week for at least half an hour, take full rest (sleep).

The second is determined yourself and made a commitment to yourself for staying healthy. Make a goal and set exercise timing. The goal should be short so you can complete it in time. Shorter goals never discourage you as they can be completed over a course of time. Usually longer goals not completed easily. Overall this would not happen overnight. Patience is necessary.

jogging is best for warming up your body or you can run steadily at one place.
