I was never a big fan of traditional spinach salad, so I decided to put my own personal touch on it!
I love to experiment with different flavors and ingredients. I have a small booth in the food court of our local Weekend Market, and let me tell you, they love my different salad creations, of fruits & veggies mixed together, for a nice filling salad! You really can’t ever, put too much into your salad!
Especially in the summer months when there are so many wonderful local, fresh produce.

One Of The Best Salads You Will Ever Make!

1/2 Medium sized Red Onion, quartered & thinly sliced
1/4 cup, Toasted Almonds, whole or sliced
