Do the right exercise for safe weight loss

You can exercise every day but no weight loss is attained. In fact, you my even gain weight with certain exercises. Effective and safe weight loss workout entails doing the right activities. The best choices for this purpose are aerobic exercises. Here are some simple yet effective weight loss exercises that you can do.

Walking for fitness
Walking is a natural form of exercise that can eliminate the extra fats and excess weight. This is a low impact activity that has lots of benefits. By just walking 30 minutes a day, you can burn up to 200 calories.

Jogging your way to weight loss
This is one of my favorite exercises. At the rate of a little over 5 mph, you can burn up to 300 calories by just running for 30 minutes. You may opt for a treadmill or enjoy the great outdoors. The choice is up to you. Moreover, I opt to run before breakfast as there it can help me burn 20% more fats.

Biking for weight loss
Can you imagine burning up to 500 calories in just 30 minutes? Well, that’s what you get when you go out biking. This aerobic exercise can also be done indoors using a stationary bike. If you want you can go outdoors and explore different places while losing weight.

Swim for health
If I only had a swimming pool near our place, I’d go swimming regularly. This aerobic exercise can burn up to 400 calories in just 30 minutes. What’s great about this workout is that you use a lot of body parts. You get to use and tone more.

Jump rope is not just for kids
I used to jump rope as a kid. We did it for fun. Now you can do it for fitness – it’s still fun! A jump rope session can burn up to 350 calories. Like many other aerobic workouts, you need to slowly build your endurance. A bonus to this exercise is you improve your coordination as well.

Effective weight loss exercise entail burning the extra calories. Of course the more you burn the better. But remember that calories are not our enemy. It’s the body’s energy so make sure you leave enough for your body to use.

I suggest alternating these exercises so you won’t grow tired of your exercise routine. Losing weight should be fun. So choose the ones that you enjoy most and start exercising.

Yes a person roughly 145 lbs can burn this much. Of course there are other factors to consider like speed and inclination of terrain. I'm glad you found this helpful. Live, healthy, live happy. :)
