Now a days people have a lot of problems but the prominent problem is that the brain is filling with nonsensical garbage. Everyone wishes to get the balnce of mind. But they do not know how it is possible.

Getting balance of mind

To balance the brain is the most difficult task for anyone now a days. For that, there are so many crash courses and ways of various sources. But, here is I want to reveal to you the basic and simple ways to balance your brain. Just follow these and within no time you will have complete balance on your brain.
You have to spare at least 45 minutes a day. For your balance of brain I think this not overtime.

Step 1
First choose a lonely room with full of air and ventillation. Sit silently by yourself and for at least five minutes press your eyes with your palms. Press your eye balls too. Don't hurt your eyes too much . A little hurt and a little feeling of rubbing is enough. Look at the light attentively. Only concentrate on lights. This will settle so many fiversions of mind.

Step 2
Now take a little duration of relaxation. Slowly get relaxation. Relax peacefully.

Step 3

Again start rubbing your eyes. Then look at the light. Both of your brains, right and leftare fuctioning differently. Everybody does this. But, when meditations hits you deeply. Then you have the difference from routine life. This exercise will settle many things in the brain and you will feel very collected and sane.
