You know I was watching people yesterday when I went out. People get devastated over the silliest of things. Everyone has disappointments, setbacks, bad breaks and frustrations.

Good Day Everybody ...

Sometimes when it rains, it really pours, and we find ourselves in a funk. Then … whaaaaam …. we start to see the negative side of everything, and that is no way to live.

Here is a truth ... We were all born fighters.

You don’t believe me?

Ok before we begin ... get yourself a nice hot cup of coffee, and join me ... I'll show you what I mean

Here’s are a few facts: fact number 1 ...

The moment you were born you were faced with the serious, life-threatening challenge of a lack of oxygen. So with a little hesitation … understandably so … YOU figured out how to breathe, and have been doing so ever since.

Fact number 2 ...

A year or so later … you became extremely frustrated at not being able to move around quickly enough from place to place. So YOU figured out, through trial and error, and with incredible stubbornness how to walk.

Fact number 3 ...

The people around you didn’t understand you very well, and you wanted to improve the situation. So, YOU listened very carefully and learned the complicated art of language.

It sounds like such a high-minded cliché to say that ...

the challenges and frustrations are blessings in disguise.

But … when you look back and think about it, that’s exactly what has been your experience since the day you were born.

Even to this day, the challenges and frustrations continue.

Up to now, you already have won some of the most serious, difficult and complicated challenges and frustrations imaginable, and there’s every reason to believe that you’ll continue to do so.

The fact is that the challenges have made you stronger.

The frustrations have certainly motivated you to keep reaching for the stars. And as you keep on pushing through your way around each new challenge and frustration, you’ll go on receiving the valuable blessings they have to offer. The same way, your stubbornness made you walk and talk, grow and learn and become the person you are today.

Pick of the day ...

So stand tall and go about your day remembering what a fighter you were born to be. You are special. You’re a blessing. Smile and be proud.

I'm leaving you with a song this morning to remind you what you are ...

Katy Perry -- Roar

Go out there and roar lol

Well Friends … wish you all a great day! Be good to one another and don't take your freedom for granted because it's not a given for everyone to do so.

You know the drill ....

SMILE! ... You're on life's candid camera!
