Being Grateful

Being grateful, having gratitude, brings us to a state of feeling in harmony with ourselves, and the world around us.
How often do we get stuck, focusing on all the things we do not want ? Instead of looking at the joy and happiness that we do want. By looking at what we are grateful for, we begin to see more things to be grateful for. Living from a space of gratitude we begin to notice and then experience, feelings of peace. Opening up more opportunities to attract things to be grateful for.
Gratitude for the everyday moments bring a realization that, " hey, life is good. I just was so busy trying to make it into MY WAY, that I forgot."

Try This At Home

As your eyes open to more and more possibilities of things to be grateful for, begin to ask yourself " what more is possible?"
Begin to seek out the moments that bring you, joy and laughter. Notice them, feel them in your heart, and your being.BE grateful, within.
As you practice Gratitude, (You will notice this within a week, if you make it your joyful intention) you will first see, then feel, a shift happening in your life and the world around you. You will feel liter, happier, decrease your stress level and increase your wellbeing.
