The Mango is the newest health trend that many Hollywood celebrities and people around the world are using to improve their health. Persons who eat the mango will receive several health benefits.

1. Cancer
The mango may prevents cancer due to the antioxidant compounds native to the fruit. The compounds in the friut are cgallic acid, and methylgallat, the mango also includes a pelthora of enzymes.The types of cancers mango may prevent are colon, breast, leukemia, and prostate cancer.

2. Cholesterol
Cholesterol levels are lowered due to the mango high level of fiber, pectin and vitamin C. The elements mentioned aboved help lower Low Density Lipoprotein better know as LDLs (bad cholesterol).

3. Eye Health
Individuals who eat one cup of slice mangoes will recieve 25 percent of vitamin A, this will help improve you eyesight and prevent night blindnesss and dry eyes.

4. Immune System
The mango has large amount of vitamins C and A that helps with the immune system. In addition to the vitamin C mentioned aboved there are more then 25 different carotenoids that will assist in keeping your immune system in check

5. Romance
Vitamin E is known for improving one problems in that area, which is found in mangoes.
