While stress is a well known condition from which all human beings suffer, the effects of stress aren't. Stress can effect our bodies not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally as well. To often, people don't realize the connection between their level of stress, with the numerous illnesses stress can cause.

The Physical Effects

* Aches and Pains not associated with any injuries
* Nausea and Dizziness
* Loss of Sex Drive
* Diarrhea or Constipation

* Skin Conditions such as Eczema, Acne, or Hives

Find a Way to De-Stress

Stress can take quite a toll on your physical, mental, emotional, and behavioral health. If a person could reduce their level of stress, they would lead a healthier, happier life.

There are numerous websites that offer stress reducing techniques. Many of which are extremely easy to implement. However, if you are suffering from an abnormally high level of stress, and one or more of these symptoms above, you may want to visit your doctor. He or she will be able to advise you on what is the best stress relieving technique for you.

A healthy diet, a consistent exercise routine, and a good nights rest, are a few easy things that you can do to start reducing your stress levels. A healthy body is better able to cope with stressful situations, as opposed to a body that is over-worked and under nourished.

Taking measures to reduce and prevent stress, will help you lead a healthier, happier life.
