We all struggle, with age and changes of hormones it becomes harder and harder to loose weight. Weight control is very easy and simple. Here I will let you in a secret to how nature designed us and how we go against nature each and every day screwing up our metabolism. I am writing as a Biologist and as someone in line to receive a PhD in biology.

The Secret of Weight Loss is in Nature

Dear all reading this article who might be a bit overweight, obese or can't seem to shed of that belly fat for bikini season, I am here for you. I want to let you know that we can all do it, even if we have no time to exercise or cook.

We must remember one thing we are a part of nature our body works in line with nature if we attempt to fool our body or make our body consume the wrong things in wrong order we will have no energy, our skin will look bad, our digestive system will not work, we will feel depressed, and we will GAIN WEIGHT. So how do we avoid this? Simply by eating in simplicity we were designed with. Here are some tricks

1) We can not mix meat with bread, so I'm sorry burgers doesn't work unless you get it without the bun or patty. We have to have separate meals of only Carb(bread) and Protein(meat). Look in nature has there been any case of any animal species mixing the two. Plus you will not have the bloating effect after a meal and you will digest your food properly. The biology behind this is simple, our bodies do not digest each of these products in the same way. I for one have given up all forms of bread, and I feel great. I compensate it with rice and grains.

2) DO NOT COSUME SUGARS, SUGAR=POISON. In nature where there is sugar there is immense amount of fiber, so you body needs to attempt to digest the fiber using up energy to obtain any form of sugar. Such as complex carbohydrates. Refined table spoon sugar or any form of sugar obtained chemically is WRONG it goes AGAINST NATURE. There is no sugar that's ok especially artificial sugar. Please do not consume artificial sugar it is pure poison, in some cases literally it is a poison. When you consume artificial sugars your body thinks you are consuming sugar and releases the insulin into the system but since it is not a correct molecule of sugar it does't bind to the insulin and your body is left with a bunch of vehicles(insulin) to take in sugar with no sugar around. So the system get screwed up and to compensate your body makes you feel hungry so these vehicle(insulin) can be used. You can not cheat your body and hence cheat nature.

3) Eat the simple whole form of food do not add SAUCES but try to season with species. When eating and apple DO NOT DRINK JUICES because Juices have the sugar thats in the fruit but not the fiber, hence you body is filled with this immense amount of glucose all at once. Imagining pour a whole gallon of gasoline on a fire it will burn in a large flame destroying everything around and then turn off, but if you gradually feed the fire with gas you will have a maintenance of fire without the burn. Thats what the fiber is for to give you that gradual sugar exposer.

Here is the plan to achieve the nature approved diet and live long and a healthy life. Eat whole oatmeal without any flavoring add some chia seeds, hemp seed and almonds. For taste add dried fruit without added sugar. Trust me if you replace your lunch for this, you will lose weight and feel great. I made a large bag of oatmeal with mixed chia, hemp seeds and some dried cherries. For lunch I pour a large cup add some hot water and wallah lunch. Keeps me full the whole day and for dinner I eat as I wish.

Unfortunately sugar is more addictive than cocain :(. But if you give it up for 4 weeks, you will realize how much it screws with your body and mind.
