The cereal diet

This is a very good and healthy diet to be on and it doesn't require much effort in praparing or buying stuff. In two weeks it helps you lose 3 to 6 ponds.

The diet

You will eat three meals per day, a small 40g bowl of cereal with skimmed milk in the morning and the same (although you can choose a different cereal for lunch). Then you will have a normal but healthy dinner in the evening.
For your evening meal try to include lots of boiled or steamed veggies and some protein but maybe not a heap of carbs.
It works!
In two weeks you will lose 3 to 6 pounds, or ven more if you start doing some intensive exercise every other day too!
It is advisable to keep a food diary to keep track of your eating habits and record weight loss.
