Here are some tips to help you have a healthy pregnancy just like how we all wanted our babies to be the cutest, healthiest, and best baby. You can't compromise that.

How to be healthy

Don't smoke or drink right before pregnancy

You should not smoke and drink right before the time that you want to get pregnant cause it will harm your body and cells and in turn harm your fetus. Smoking while being pregnant and drinking will cause fetal harm and can make your baby defective in many ways so you should not smoke or drink and be around smokers during your pregnancy.

Eat right and exercise

This is way too common to not know. Eating right and working out with help you get pregnant well. You need good nutrition in order for the body to provide an optimum level of health in order to get pregnant. You need to work out to decrease stress but also help your reproductive organs in its best function by increasing blood flow to the area and maintain stronger muscle tones as well as releasing good hormones that is necessary for pregnancy while getting rid of bad hormones.

Reduce stress
Stress can affects your ability to get pregnant and keep the pregnancy going well. You might even end up with a miscarriage. You can reduce your stress by working out, work less, cut out stressful factors and be happy. Your mental state has a lot to do with your ability to get pregnant.

More tips on being healthy

Check for STDs

This is one of the most important step in giving birth to a healthy baby. If you don't cure your STDs or get it treated, you will give it to your baby but you will also have birth complication, where you can do it vaginally but you have to choose a C-section which is surgical which could be more expensive and painful and you will get a scar. Your baby can come out blind if the std at the vaginal area infects them. They will get what you have like herpes or hepatitis or hpv or aids. You can do this at most clinic and even with your doctor and some Parenthood clinic offer it for free.

Beware of work environment and talk to a doctor

When you are about to get pregnant, you have to beware of the place that you will work in. If you work at an environment where you will smell a lot of harmful chemical then it might harm your fetus and you can get a miscarriage or that your baby will come out with birth defects problems. You can take a medical leave or find another job in the mean time.
