The way I eat

This is how I eat most days. I hope it helps someone.

What I eat.

This is what I eat most days. You can try it if you like. You won’t get fat eating this way. I am not a nutritionist I just taught myself how to eat and I am better off for it. I hope this helps someone.
Breakfast:
A bowl of steel cut oatmeal with fresh blueberries stirred in. 4 egg whites and a glass of water.
Lunch:
Have a turkey sandwich on whole grain bread then a vegetable salad with spinach leaves instead of lettuce. Add chopped up broccoli and tomatoes onions and no dressing and a glass of water. Then have a handful of walnuts and raisins. Add to the salad or have it separate.
Dinner:
Have a chicken cutlet with brown rice and beans with water.
Dessert if you must:
Mash a banana until it is like pudding and drip honey on it.
